Turkish translation services in the UAE
Turkish files here run in both directions: Turkish nationals settling in the UAE, and UAE residents buying property or setting up companies in Turkey, each needing documents that the other side will accept.
Turkish civil records are held in the central population register, and the extracts it issues carry a level of family detail that is unusual elsewhere — which is useful for inheritance and family visa files, and means translations have to be complete rather than summarised. Company documents come with Ticaret Sicil Gazetesi announcements and notarised signature circulars, both of which UAE banks routinely ask for and neither of which has an exact local equivalent.
Turkey is a Hague party, so the apostille assumption comes up here too, and it does not hold for the UAE. Going the other way, UAE documents used in Turkey need MOFAIC attestation followed by the Turkish consulate here, and Turkish notaries are strict about the format of the translation attached, so the Turkish version needs to be prepared with that in mind rather than fixed afterwards.

No. The UAE is not a Hague party, so the document needs UAE consular legalisation in Turkey and then MOFAIC attestation here. We can continue from an apostilled document.
I am buying property in Turkey. What does my UAE power of attorney need?
MOFAIC attestation followed by the Turkish consulate in the UAE, with a Turkish translation prepared to the format the receiving notary expects. We prepare both together.
Do you translate trade registry gazette announcements?
Yes. UAE banks and registrars ask for them regularly, along with signature circulars, and we keep the structure so the fields they check remain identifiable.
