Spanish translation services in the UAE
Spanish documents come from twenty-odd countries whose civil registry and notarial systems share a vocabulary but not a structure, and the differences show up exactly where it matters.
A Spanish libro de familia, a Mexican acta de nacimiento, a Colombian registro civil and an Argentinian partida all record a birth and none of them look alike. Notarial practice diverges further: an escritura pública carries different legal weight depending on the country, and the apostille that Spain and most of Latin America issue is not accepted by the UAE on its own in any case.
Naming conventions cause more UAE file rejections than anything linguistic. Spanish-speaking countries generally use two surnames, UAE systems frequently record only one, and a residency file where the certificate shows both and the passport shows one is read as a discrepancy. We translate the full name as it appears and add a note explaining the convention, which is usually enough to prevent the query.

My document has an apostille from Spain. Is that enough?
No. The UAE is not a Hague party, so the document needs UAE consular legalisation in the issuing country followed by MOFAIC attestation here.
My certificate shows two surnames but my passport shows one.
