Legal translation
A UAE legal translation is not the same thing as a good translation. It is a regulated act: the translator holds a Ministry of Justice licence for a specific language pair, signs the document, and attaches a stamp that carries their licence number. Without that stamp, a court registry or a notary will return the file.
We handle the full range of litigation and transactional material — statements of claim, memoranda, judgments, expert reports, powers of attorney, memoranda and articles of association, shareholder resolutions, employment contracts, tenancy contracts and settlement agreements. Formatting is mirrored so the Arabic and the source read side by side, which matters when a judge or a counterparty is comparing clause numbering.
Where a document will also be legalised or attested, tell us at the quoting stage. The order of operations is not interchangeable: some authorities want the translation attached to an already-legalised original, others want the original legalised first and the translation produced afterwards. Getting this wrong costs a full cycle.

Is your translation accepted by UAE courts?
Yes. Translations intended for court use are produced by translators licensed by the UAE Ministry of Justice and carry the licence number, signature and stamp that registries check for.
Do you translate into Arabic only?
No. Arabic is the language UAE authorities require, but we work in both directions and across more than 60 languages, including Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog, Russian, Chinese, French and German.
How long does a legal translation take?
Short documents such as a power of attorney are usually same or next day. Bundles of a hundred pages or more need a schedule, which we confirm in writing before starting.
Can you keep the original layout?
Yes. We reproduce tables, clause numbering, stamps and signature blocks so the Arabic can be read against the source line by line.
