Certified translation in Fujairah
A certified translation carries a signed statement that it is a complete and accurate rendering of the original. It is what immigration authorities, universities, licensing bodies and employers ask for when they say a translation must be "official".
Working in Fujairah
Fujairah is the UAE's only emirate on the Gulf of Oman, and its port is one of the world's major bunkering hubs. That gives the documentation here a maritime character that is unlike anywhere else in the country: bills of lading, charter parties, crew documents, flag-state certificates, survey and inspection reports, protests and P&I correspondence.
Crew paperwork in particular moves fast and rarely waits. Seafarers' certificates, medical fitness records and employment contracts often need certified translation and legalisation against a sailing date, and we schedule Fujairah work accordingly.
Certified translation
Requirements differ by the body receiving the document, not by the country it came from. A UK university may accept a translation certified by any professional translator; a UAE residency application will not. We ask who the document is going to before we quote, and we certify to that recipient's standard rather than to a generic one.
Personal documents are the bulk of this work: birth, marriage and death certificates, divorce decrees, police clearance certificates, academic transcripts and diplomas, driving licences, bank statements, medical reports and vaccination records. Each is delivered as a signed PDF for immediate filing, with hard copies couriered where the receiving body insists on wet ink.
If the same certificate will be used in more than one country, say so. We can certify once and produce additional issued copies later without re-translating, which is materially cheaper than starting again.

Questions we are asked
What makes a translation "certified"?
A signed certificate of accuracy attached to the translation, naming the translator or agency and confirming the translation is complete and faithful to the original. We add the stamps and licence details the receiving authority expects.
Do you need the original document?
For most certified translations a clear scan is enough. Legalisation and attestation are different — those usually require the physical original or a certified true copy.
Will a certified translation be accepted outside the UAE?
Usually, though some countries add their own requirement such as a sworn translator registered locally. Tell us the destination country and we will confirm before you pay.
Can I get extra copies later?
Yes. We retain your file and can issue additional certified copies without re-translating.
Do you serve clients in Fujairah?
Yes. We handle Certified translation for clients in Fujairah, with collection and delivery in Fujairah City, Dibba Al Fujairah, Port area, Free zone. Send a scan of the document and we will come back with a fixed price and a realistic date.
